Smoothies

I love them. I love inventing new combos of fruit and things to put in them. Today at lunch i decided to make myself one. As i was experimenting, i spotted the honeydew in the fridge. I knew it was a gamble because not many people put honeydew in their smoothies, like at the real smoothie places i mean. anyway so i did today. blueberries, banana, honeydew.

verdict: go with the pros. dont add honeydew to smoothies.

Have you ever tried a monkey shake? I love them! You put 2 bananas, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of strawberries cut in half, and 1 cup of rainbow sherbet. They are SO yummy and healthy, especially if you use low fat or skim milk! :) Fun summer treat!
